最近兩個禮拜真是有點給它忙… 上禮拜廖先生的哥哥也結婚了!! 娶得嬌妻&我們多了個大嫂這樣~ (雖然她比我們小 哈哈)  真的很替他們感到開心 : )   而且妙的是我和sharon(大嫂lol) 居然不約而同的在婚禮結束後一起剪了短髮… 難道是傳說中的廖家媳婦小默契嗎!?  哈哈哈
是的, 本人這次是認真把頭髮剪短了~ ~ (上次還在留戀韓妞風 所以剪不夠短)  而且不只短, 還染了一個從未嘗試過的髮色 – 亞麻灰綠!

been really busy for the past couple of weeks... mr. liao's older brother got married last sunday!! woo hoo~~ so i officially have a beautiful sister-in-law now! i'm truly happy for them : )  and the funny thing is that sharon (the bride) and i both got our hair cut short after the wedding without telling each other we gonna do it! what a coincidence! 

yes, i really cut my hair short this time. (last time i was still wanting the korean style mid length curly hair).

食譜recipe • 少女粉草莓草莓鬆餅 // strawberry pink pancakes

草莓算是我很喜歡的水果之一, 因為味道超香  而且長的太可愛了!  每次去超市經過它都會忍不住拿起來聞一下  哈哈哈 
但在美國還真不容易買到很甜的草莓, 即使是當季都有可能不甜..   (還是誰知道什麼挑草莓的秘訣嗎??)

買到酸草莓的時候就只能沾蜂蜜, 砂糖, 或nutella吃, 再不然就是拿來做甜點~  
這次嘗試做了草莓口味pancakes, 看起來還蠻夢幻的, 味道也不差!

strawberry is one of my favorite fruits coz it just smells wonderful plus it looks too cute! i always stopped and picked up a box of strawberries and smelled them like a pervert whenever i passed them by in a supermarket lol.

but it's sort of hard to find those strawberries that are really sweet here in the state (not like in taiwan or korea), even in the strawberry seasons. (or anyone knows how to pick the sweeter ones??)

禮拜二上完了最後一堂初級韓文課!  下課後鼓起勇氣成功和老師要了facebook & kakao! (ㄍㄧㄥ超久啊 我超害羞超不會搭訕這樣) 然後用著破韓文+英文和老師傳訊息聊天..哈哈  

我們的韓文老師是個很可愛的女生!  一直覺得她比我小 因為看起來超年輕, 但其實大我兩歲~  
好可惜她只教basic a, 好想接下來的課也給她教啊>"<  
不過她鼓勵我繼續上basic b, 就算老師不是她 哈哈~  所以休息3個禮拜後, 就要接著上初級班下半段嘍!  嘿嘿

just finished my last beginning korean class on tuesday! after the class ended, i finally had the courage to ask my korean instructor (나원경) for her facebook & kakao talk account!! (kakao talk is a korean chatting app like whatsapp/line) (it really took me a while to stir up the boldness hahaha i'm really not good at approaching other people... *shy*). anyways, i got her account and we started to chat here and there using my poor korean mix with english lol.

但我發現 (其實發現很久, 只是不想面對哈哈), 有習慣讀英文的讀者在看hernameisshin.. 所以為了表示我對他們的愛(?)  我決定要開始寫英文了!!    天知道這是個多麼難的決定Orz

本人的計劃大概是早上起來做個早餐, 然後中午去練團 瘋狂的打個鼓 (是的, 我是1/4個鼓手,  其他3/4是歌手( ̄▽ ̄), 然後下午看著辦~  


如果還不知道要幹嘛也沒關係, 今天要介紹的食譜是個非常簡易, 可以很隨興輕鬆的做出,
接著只要和情人窩在電視(或電腦)前 看個電影(韓劇也ok) 就能一邊享用的 fondue!  
(前兩天開始看pinocchio, 還不錯耶!!  希望是部好看到底的劇..... /龜速追劇ing/

本人現在可以算是眼睛半瞇的打出這篇文章.... 
前天剛回到美國, 隔天立馬進公司上班~   雖然稱不上有什麼嚴重的時差, 但回復到朝九晚五的作息  還是讓我眼皮撐不住啊.....Orz  (誰拿罐red bull給我..!)

累歸累, blogger life還是要繼續, 而且發文率會回歸正常 (一週2~3篇這樣), 之前在韓國/台灣實在是太忙了.. 整個大拖稿 m(_ _)m    想到積了大概50篇文待發  就覺得接下來三個月可以不用出去挖掘新餐廳 或是煮新菜了~ LOL  (開玩笑的)

 

OK, 來回到正題!  今天要教大家煮的是LA非常普遍的- 韓國豆腐煲, 韓文發音叫"soon du bu"
