paul martin’s是由兩位好朋友brian bennett & paul fleming一同創立, 一直以來他們都希望自己的neighborhood裡有這麼一間餐廳 所有餐點都是用最當季高檔的食材從頭做起, 沒有捷徑的做出簡單卻美味的料理, 並且價位親民! paul martin’s就在這樣的理念中誕生.. 一個高而不貴, 為客人健康與荷包著想的地方


paul martin's was founded by 2 good friends, brian bennett & paul fleming. they've always wished there's such a restaurant in their neighborhood that serves dishes made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients and offered at affordable prices. paul martin's was born in this vision. 
 

禮拜六禮拜天的11~2點是brunch時間, brunch menu包括餐前麵包, 飲料, 水果 和一份主食, 這天我們點了兩份brunch, 當然如果brunch menu不吸引你, 也是可以單點其他午餐

they serves brunch set from 11am - 2pm every sat & sun. the brunch menu includes fresh baked biscuits, fruit bowl, and your choice of one entrée and one beverage. we ordered 2 sets of brunch that day. of course you can order from their regular menu as well.
 

bellini 氣泡酒夾著淡淡桃子味, 以及淺淺蜂蜜香, 是杯很適合女生的甜點酒

bellini, essence of peach with honey syrup and sparkling wine. girls will love it. 
 

餐前麵包是剛出爐的新鮮biscuit, 外表酥脆內裡溫熱軟嫩吃的到微微肉桂香, 還有少許葡萄乾點綴其中, 蜂蜜甜奶油是亮點, 厚厚地抹上一層, 讓簡單的biscuit瞬間昇華為讓人驚艷的窩心甜點! 要不是怕待會兒沒肚子吃主餐, 實在是很想把它整盤嗑光啊

the biscuits were freshly baked, still hot when served! outside is crispy while inside is soft & warm. i love the aroma of cinnamon and the sweet texture of raisins in it. the creamy honey butter is another hit! just glide a thick layer onto the biscuit and bite.... i thought i was in heaven! if it weren't for saving stomach capacity for the entrée, i'd probably finish them all!  
 

sautéed brussel sprouts拌著醋炒至微焦, 味道酸酸甜甜, 加上洋蔥和培根香, 是道重口味的開胃前菜

sautéed brussel sprouts were stir fried with vinegar. they had that sweet and sour taste, mixed with onion & bacon aroma, very flavorful! totally opened up our appetite! 
 

eggs benedict班尼迪克蛋可說是brunch界的翹楚! 一間餐廳只要這道料理做的好, 其他餐點大概也不會出錯~ 越簡單的食物要做的好吃就越需要用心, benedit食材就只有english muffin, 火腿, , 和荷蘭醬; 但魔鬼就藏在細節裡, 水波蛋和荷蘭醬要煮的完美才能成為benedict的靈魂
水波蛋被刀子劃開後緩緩流出那潺潺蛋黃跟香濃微酸的荷蘭醬結合在一起再將沾了蛋醬的火腿和english muffin送入嘴裡簡單完美的味道就這樣炸開! paul martin’s的荷蘭醬奶味非常重完全賦予了其他食材新的生命, 不得不給這裡的benedict點個讚!

eggs benedict could be the champion among brunch entrée! if a restaurant can make delicious eggs benedict, their other foods will not be too bad either. because it takes even more diligence to cook simpler dishes. even though the ingredients in benedict are just english muffin, ham, and egg. but it takes skills to make the perfect hollandaise. and hollandaise is the soul of eggs benedict! glide the ham & muffin with that running yolk sauce mix... simple yet divine. their hollandaise is super creamy, i just love it. 
 

house smoked salmon salad也是這裡非常受歡迎的一道, 鮮豔的色彩一端上桌就讓人眼睛為之一亮, fresh greens撒上了櫻桃蘿蔔絲, 柳橙, , 和茴香, 以及切成方塊的甜菜根, 當然還有主角-煙燻鮭魚! 所有新鮮食材都裹著buttermilk dill ranch, 鮭魚非常香軟, 煙燻味剛剛好, 完全提出魚的鮮; 甜菜根名副其實的鮮甜, 和燻鮭魚一起吃是個高雅的享受~ 整道沙拉鮮脆到一個極點! 非常爽口!

house smoked salmon salad is another popular dish here. just look at those colorful ingredients! they are so pleasing to eyes! they put radishes, oranges, eggs, and cubed beets on top of fresh greens. oh and of course smoked salmon! all ingredients are fresh and covered with buttermilk dill ranch. the salmons are smoky tender. and the beets are so sweet! this whole plate is just crispy yum! 
 

three mushroom burger是一道素食, 素食主義來到這也不怕餓肚子~ 而且它其實非常美味! 三種菇類打碎至成的素肉片在鍋裡煎至金黃, 夾上一層新鮮糖拌芝麻葉, 鬆軟的麵包夾著patty和芝麻葉, 大口咬下, 滿口盡是香味; 羅勒香蒜醬讓patty和菜葉都多了一層豐富的口感, mushroom patty一點也不乾且非常夠味; 雖然是個素漢堡, 但出奇的令人滿足!

three mushroom burger is a vegetarian friendly dish. even though i'm not a vegetarian, but i did enjoyed this burger! they smashed 3 different kinds of mushroom to make the patty. it's so soft & moist & flavorful. and it tastes so fresh with sugar coated arugula and pesto aioli! try this if you want to skip meats. 
 

applewood smoked bacon omelet紮實的用了三顆雞蛋煎出厚實份量的蛋皮, 厚歸厚 口感卻依然鬆軟, 蛋香完全表露無疑~  燻培根配上蕃茄丁, 蘑菇, 和tillamook cheddar起司吃進嘴裡就是簡單的幸福美味, 培根蛋和起司都香濃到不行! 蛋皮上的酸奶油和細香蔥更是有畫龍點睛的效果, 讓整體顯得不會太膩, 這盤歐姆蛋吃下去, 真的會有飽足感!
配菜是帶皮馬鈴薯塊, 顆顆炸的金黃, 外皮略焦但咬下去還是一口鬆軟~ 風味十足, 一點也不輸主菜! 可想而知 我們把它全部吃光光, 一顆都不剩~

applewood smoked bacon omelet: 3 eggs omelet was super soft and thick. dressed with bacon, mushrooms, tomato, and tillamook cheddar. and that sour cream on top just maximized the potential of this plate. everything smells so good together... a simple statement plate! 
the potatoes side are yummy too! crispy gold on the skin, but super tender when bite into it~ you'll really feel satisfy after finishing the whole plate!
