大家還記得 認真吃早餐- vol.1 嗎??
我還是小小累積了幾道簡單又美味的早餐 要和大家分享呀~ ~
remember my first breakfast ideas post? (it was in chinese only ><)
back then i was having a hard time fully recover from a crazy flu, and one day i just thought to myself: "maybe eating good breakfasts will help recovering?", i don't know where that thought came from, but i did it. i woke up earlier and made breakfast for a few days straight... and it actually kind of worked! hahaha
after i'm healthy like a horse again, i started to miss the times when i get to eat full breakfast in the morning...(not just ready-made bread from a bakery or a cup of supermarket-bought yogurt...)
however, it's just too hard for me to wake up early since i sleep pretty late everyday (like around 2am...) T-T
but! i still managed to make a few breakfast dishes over these months, and i'm sharing them again with you guys~! are you excited?! (i am!! lol)
let's get started~
- balsamic葡萄醋+蜂蜜與少許水, 拌勻後 撒上沙拉
- place your favorite greens in a big bowl.
- add in orange slices (or cubes).
- mix balsamic, honey & water in a small bowl. drizzle over salad.
- add cooked bacon pieces on top.
想要更健康一點 可以不加培根, 但我個人是很愛培根的香味 -v-
the sweet and sour taste is very refreshing! you can substitute orange to strawberry, or any other kind of fruits! coz salad goes well with any of them :D you can also omit the bacon if you want a more healthy style. (but personally i love the smells of bacon -v-)
- 取兩片吐司, 第一片挖洞, 第二片抹上奶油
- 兩片吐司疊在一起, 打一顆蛋在洞裡
- 撒上火腿&起司絲, 再依個人口味加一點鹽和胡椒
- 放入烤箱, 300°F烤 7-10分鐘 (看你想要蛋多熟)
- grab 2 slices of bread. cut a hole from the 1st slice (about 2.5"), and buttered the 2nd slice.
- stack them together, crack an egg into the hole on top.
- toss some shredded ham and cheese, sprinkle salt and pepper.
- place into an oven, toast at 300°F for 7 to 10 minutes. (depends on how you want the the egg doneness).
記得烤箱設低一點的溫度 烤久一點, 這樣蛋才會熟但吐司又不會焦
super easy and cute! plus it's delicious too~! remember not to set the temperature too high, and bake it for a little longer. that way the egg can be cooked while the bread not being burned. of course you can still bake it for shorter time if you like more runny yolk.
- 蘑菇切塊, 培根洋蔥切丁
- 熱鍋, 先炒培根, 出油之後加入洋蔥拌炒, 然後再加蘑菇
- 蛋打散 加入鍋裡拌炒
- 依個人口味調味 (我是一定會加胡椒~~ 我是胡椒人!)
- cut mushrooms, bacon, and onion into small pieces.
- heat a skillet, add in bacon and stir until the fat comes out. then add the onion. add the mushrooms last.
- pour in egg mixture and stir to cook.
- season with salt & pepper.
- add shredded cheese before removing from skillet.
- place them on a bed of greens!
其實就只是很簡單的scrambled eggs 哈哈哈
配料可以選自己喜歡的食物! 甜椒, 火腿都是不錯的選擇~
吐司好好吃! 紅色是草莓醬, 黃色是大蒜醬 (我超愛)
actually this is just a very ordinary scrambled eggs hahaha. nothing fancy about it. you can choose your favorite ingredients. pepper or ham will also tastes good~ i love the mini toasts! red one is strawberry jam, yellow one is pre-made garlic spread. (crazily delicious).
- 可頌切開, 放烤箱加熱 (用toast就可以, 記得要先切再烤喔, 不然會很難切)
- 加少許胡椒 (可以不加鹽 因為鮭魚已經有鹹味)
- 鍋子熱油, 倒入鮭魚蛋液拌炒
- 鮭魚蛋夾入可頌, 再加幾塊新鮮酪梨片
- cut croissant in the middle (not all the way through), put into oven and toast. (it's easier to cut before it's toasted)
- cut smoke salmon into small pieces, add into egg mixture.
- add a little pepper. (no need for salt coz salmon is salty already)
- heat oil in skillet, pour in salmon egg mixture, stir to cook.
- cook until eggs are firm, toss some chives before removing from skillet.
- put the scrambled eggs inside croissant, and slide in a few avocado slices.
脆脆的可頌配上綿密的餡料..... 超 美 味 !!
認真吃早餐真的是件太幸福的事了~ ~ ~ (可以請人每天做給我吃嗎)
smoked salmon tastes awesome with eggs. the flavor is so rich! crunchy croissant with fluffy scramble... y u m.
it really is a joyful thing to eat breakfast!! (can someone make breakfast for me everyday?? i'll pay you! LOL)
