是的...終於走到這步了...   其實我真的不是那麼擅長寫英文, 文法整個鳥到爆, 很多中文才表達的出來的字句  也很難翻譯成英文 (至少對我來說很難)
但我發現 (其實發現很久, 只是不想面對哈哈), 有習慣讀英文的讀者在看hernameisshin.. 所以為了表示我對他們的愛(?)  我決定要開始寫英文了!!  
天知道這是個多麼難的決定Orz

總而言之, 習慣讀中文的還是可以繼續讀中文部分~   英文會在右邊出現這樣 :D 

 

今天要介紹的食譜也是簡單到不行, 非常適合上班族或是全職學生
像我這種24小時當40小時在用的職業婦女(蝦毀), 最喜歡做不需要用腦的料理了~

來吧!  穿上可愛的小圍裙,  我們一起進廚房! (男生也可以穿圍裙的, 請不要懷疑)


so after a long period of deep thinking, i finally decided to write my blog posts in both chinese & english! woo hoo~! while it sounds exciting, it is actually also very challenging to me, since my english grammar is horrible...(you can probably tell by now lol) so please bare with me, and try to enjoy my posts at the same time? i'll try my best to entertain you guys. haha


today i'm gonna share with you a very simple yet yummy lamb recipe, it only takes about 30 minutes total. very suitable for people working full time (like me) or full time students (like the old me). i just love this kind of no-brainer recipe! so let's get in your cute little apron and start cooking! (guys can totally wear apron ok? it might just be darn sexy, who knows.)  :D 



嫩煎羊排佐蜂蜜葡萄醋洋蔥

ingredients

羊排

甜椒

zucchini

蝦仁

紅洋蔥(ㄧ般洋蔥也可以)

rosemary, basil, thyme 新鮮或乾的都可以

鹽和胡椒

balsamic vinegarㄧ大匙

雞湯半杯

蜂蜜

奶油

direction

  1. 羊排灑上鹽  胡椒  rosemary  basil  thyme, 醃15分鐘
  2. zucchini和甜椒切小段, 洋蔥切丁
  3. 蝦仁用一點點鹽  胡椒  seasoning  麻油, 醃5-10分鐘
  4. 烤盤放上zucchini  甜椒  蝦仁  再撒ㄧ點點鹽和胡椒, 進烤箱 大約350°F 烤15分鐘
  5. 鍋子熱橄欖油, 放入羊排, ㄧ面煎三分半鐘, 取出備用 (大概5分熟的程度)
  6. 同個鍋子加入洋蔥  炒至變軟呈咖啡色
  7. 加入葡萄醋  雞湯  蜂蜜, 煮至濃稠
  8. 熄火  拌入少許奶油
  9. 盤子放上烤好的zucchini  甜椒  蝦仁  以及羊排, 澆上蜂蜜葡萄醋洋蔥即可享用!

lamp chop with honey balsamic onion

ingredients

lamb chops

mini bell pepper, sliced

zucchini, sliced

shrimp

shallot or red onion, chopped

rosemary, basil, thyme (fresh or dry)

salt + pepper

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

1/2 cup chicken broth

honey

1/2 tbsp butter

direction

  1. rub rosemary, basil, thyme, salt + pepper into lamb chop, set for 15 minutes.
  2. preheat oven to 350.
  3. marinate shrimp with a bit of salt and pepper, seafood seasoning, and sesame oil for 5-10 minutes.
  4. place zucchini, bell pepper, shrimp, pinch of salt n' pepper on a oven safe plate. bake for 15 minutes. until shrimp is fully cooked.
  5. heat olive oil in skillet, pan fried each side of the lamb chop for 3 1/2 minutes. set aside. (this makes it medium rare)
  6. in the same pot, cook onions/shallots until brown. 
  7. stir in balsamic vinegar, chicken broth, and honey. until thicken.
  8. remove from heat and stir in 1/2 tbsp butter.
  9. place zucchini, bell pepper, shrimp and lamb chop on a plate. drizzle with balsamic onion sauce, and enjoy!

其實配菜要烤什麼都可以, 只是剛好冰箱有那些東西~  我覺得烤個brussel sprout或是蘆筍都超棒!
 

這個洋蔥醬酸酸甜甜的, 和羊排很搭; 而香料醃過的羊排帶有鹹味  煎過後又不失羊肉香!  
喜歡羊的人可以在家試試喔, 真的超級省時  哈哈

you can substitute the zucchini & bell pepper to other kinds of veggie, i just used what's in our fridge. i think baked brussels sprout or asparagus will taste great with the lamb too!

the sweetness from the honey balsamic gives the chop a kick, while brings out the original flavor of the lamb. yum!
